Hello. Does anyone know of an adoption agency that deals with adoptions outside Hong Kong and the mainland. My wife and I have one adopted child from the mainland and we are looking to adopt our second. We wanted to look into either Thailand, S. Korea, or any other of the surrounding Asian countries. I have called a few here in HK and they only deal with HK adoptions and the waitlist is very long. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hi,
International Social Services deals with the international adoptions here in HK and if I remember correctly Thailand is one of the countries they cover. Other Asian countries were Philippines and China I think.
what about children from Vietnam ? do you know which agency I should contact ?
You can try ISS, but they only seem to be dealing with hong Kong and mainland China at the moment.
