I am at hospital with a miscarriage but would really like to think positive and get back on my feet.

Does anyone know of a yoga instructor and acupuncturist who might be helpful in my case?

Sorry to hear your sad news but thinking positive is good.

I am seeing an acupuncturist at the IMI clininc in Central called Gianna Buonocore to compliment western fertility treatment, although I understand she treats other pre and post pregnancy issues. See www.imi.com.hk

I have started doing yoga at yoga rooms in Sheung Wan and you could contact them if you want a private instructor. Their range of classes are good if not.
