Hemorrhoid and pregnancy

After I had my ivf procedure within a week I had hemorrhoids. I was pregnant so I'm assuming as soon as I got pregnant the hormones must have had some effect. I ended up using Anusol suppository which is supposedly safe during pregnancy. But the very next day I used it my pregnancy symptoms changed. It happened at week 5.

Now at week 7 I'm at the hospital with a miscarriage.

Does anybody have any insight?

I'm going to do FET but am worried whether I should have hemorrhoid surgery before the procedure or as some people say learn to live with it?

I'm worried that if I don't what if it comes back when I get pregnant again?

And how long should I wait after the miscarriage to do my FET?

Is two months enough as my doctor suggested?
