I have a question about clomid and I would be grateful for any comments. I have been trying to conceive for 18 months and I have just finished my fourth cycle with clomid at 100 mgs with no pregnancy. My Dr has said that I should try another two months on 150 mgs and then consider IUI as the next step. I am wondering, however, whether to try IUI next month in conjunction with clomid and/or injections or whether I should give clomid a try for another two months. I am keen to move things on though as I am losing hope that clomid will work for me. I am ovulating with clomid but I don't know to what extent. Any comments, feeback or advice would be much appreciated. Thanks :-)

Hi, I would suggest going straight to IUI. If you've done four cycles already and they have not been successful, I would go for IUI in conjuction with clomid and/or injections.

i was on clomid a conceived on first cycle taking 150mg. I would try 150mg first
