Advice on Antenatal Exercise Class

I have limited leaves that allow me to attend all the antenatal check ups and exercise classes held by Tsan Yuk hospital.

I am wondering if I attend the private classes on weekend instead will Queen Marry hospital still allow me to use the birth ball on delivery?

The nurse said that if I don't attend their classes I will not be allow to use the birth ball. Is that true? Please help!

same here - I just noticed that the Tsan Yuk classes started really early on and i had no clue so i've missed abuot 7 weeks now i'm 22 weeks.


I've signed up for Annerly Hyponbirthing classes but not sure if i need to have the normal variety also....
