Help anyone not having menses after laparoscopy ?

I had laparoscopy (PCOS & Clomiphene Resistance) on 10.8.06 but my menses stil absent.


(9.10.06) still not seeing

menses.



(10.10.06 - 14.10.06) U/scan 2.8mm lining,

Given Clomiphene for

Ovulations.


(17.10.06) Feels so funny on bloated

tummy, seeing thin

stretchy mucus as 10.30pm

for the first time.


(18.10.06) u/scan womb lining is

6.4mm. Doctor press on

tummy for right ovary

scan (Pain), but not

seeing growing eggs as

clearly as left ovary.


My temperature always low at 36.0 - 36.3 until 17.10.2006 at 10.30pm seeing stretchy mucus & temp staying high for 1 week.


Am I ovulated on 9.10.06 first tablet of clomiphene or 14.10.06 last tablet clomiphene & 17.10.06 ovulated ?


10.08.06 Laparoscopy surgery.


11.08.06 - 08.10.06 no menses yet.

Is my ovulation on 9.10.06 or 17.10.06 ?


Should I continue to request taking "Metformin + Clomiphene for next cycle should my menses still absent ? anyone ?


What else could I do if 1st - 3rd cycle fail to have menses with clomiphene maximum tablet again ? anyone got similar case ? pregnancy detected yet ?




Where could I buy with 2 decimal digit BBT Thermometer ? Watson Singapore ? any recommendation ?




Help please god why PCO/S ladies need to suffer like this, anyone got improvement from laparoscopy surgery on ovarian drilling (PCOS), menses gets naturally, with / without progesterone pills + clomid for how long ?
