U/S can be plus or minus 6 days, so you're within the range.
If you have serious doubts, perhaps a second opinion is worth it. There are several docs. well known in HK for great prenatal scans - Phillip Ho is one that comes to mind. Macor Wan also has one of the best machines for scans on HK Island.
