[Ed - can't seem to reply to my original thread as keep getting an error message]
Thanks everyone! This forum has certainly been a great place for advice and support. Thanks to all who have contributed. This parenting thing is tiring but he is a wee sweetie!
Good luck to you !@#$%^&*() for the coming delivery. Had I been on time and not early, I would have been due tomorrow which seems very strange now that he is almost 2 weeks old.
And my 2 cents worth on breastfeeding, as I had insurance, was lucky enough to be at Matilda and got lots of great advice on BF from the midwives (who are truly amazing there). If you don't get enough support or guidance at your hospital, I'd really recommend getting some Annerley home visits as I have been having these too (only one so far) and they are great at making sure that both you and bubs are doing the right thing. Very reassuring for a paranoid first timer.
Wow I'm a mummy - still hasn't sunk in!
