Hi there,
I just wanted to get some opinions on this. I've done a fair bit of research on the net, and the consensus is 50/50.
Basically we have a small dog, and are expecting a new born. The dog is already being trained to handle the new addition to the family so that will hopefully be an easy transition (although some advice from people who've been through it would be welcome - we have a small terrier).
We are thinking about buying a couple of air purifiers to place around the house - our thinking being that we want the baby to be breathing in the purest air whilst his/her lungs are developing. Also, would help remove any dust/fur from the dog and generally make things cleaner.
We've also read of another chain of thought that says this is not a good idea as the baby then does not build up immunity to the everyday bacteria etc. that is in the air.
Any thoughts on this? Which is the way to go - air purifiers or not?

True. But I don't think the problem in HK is bacteria. It's plain old air pollution. I'd still go with the purifier.
