I completely agree. But also too many mothers are "complaining" and "whining" to their doctors ... they want the baby out! Grow up! What's 2-3 weeks in the grand scheme. Those weeks can make a major difference to the health of your baby. Being pregnant isn't always easy, but worth it. Had one child 9 days late, twins were born a few days early (of their 40 week mark), all full term. Delivered resp. 4 and 7 kg, so yes, I have been there. Intervention is good, it's great, we need it, but only if medically necessary. No other reason! JMHO.
