Hi everyone,
I am approaching my ovulation time (fingers crossed), i have a 28 day cycle but 11 days into my cycle i am still getting a little blood. It is only after going to the bathroom. Will this affect my chance of getting pregnant or will ovulation happen despite this? I have already started using the OPK's and have been taking Robitussin. It's my second month since coming off the pill. I hear many ladies say they have a 5-7 day period, but do any of you have this?

a touchy question but -
are you sure it's not coming from your "other" hole? HAve you been constipated and had to strain recently - and you could have torn the tender skin there causing a bit of blood. Sometimes people confuse this with their period.
Your cycle, although regular, may not be perfect, and you may be off. So don't always count on it being exactly 28 days. Your body knows what it is best - if it is shedding it's lining still, then maybe your ovulation will be slightly delayed - so you'll just have to watch for it.

I had really unstable cycle when i got pregnant with my 2nd baby.. so i guess it does happen. Sometimes our bodies change cycles too. I went from having my cycle start and end at the same time almost every month to change completely and ovulated differently. So, you might be going through a change or you might just be having a lil blood.
I would say still try to get pregnant and if it doesnt work this month try again next month!!!
