Egg Donation in Thailand

My partner Tina and I are exploring the prospect of egg donation in Thailand as we have discovered it is our only hope of having a child. We have looked at two clinics Interhealth at Srisiam and also Thailand Fertility clinic. We would just like to know if anyone has information about the quality of these clinics and also if Dr Wiwat is the Fertility specialist for both clinics. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

i cannot say enough about how wonderful dr. wiwat and his staff are.

its really refreshing to be treated with such care through this emotional journey of infertility. the very fact that you are removed from the stress of every day life, is worth it.

I am based in the US and after years of trying to have another child I have decided to go ahead and have another try of IVF but with donor eggs. Though money is the issue. My choice is go to thailand and have the procedure there. Can anybody help please. I am currently a patient here in one of the fertility clinics in the US but things are kind of put on hold due to $$$$. Where do I start? All my testings are done 2 months ago including my husband.

We researched egg donors and clinics for years for ourselves and there are lots of choices with really good clinics- US is maybe the most expensive! Really it depends on what kind of donor you want. If you need an Asian egg donor, these are more difficult to find in Europe. Thailand and India have the best choice. I was just in Bangkok for a month and had mixed feedback, but I will let you know thoughts once I have some communication with past patients. There are 3 clinics in India that have Northern donors who are very Oriental in appearance - we were sent photos to review and I have researched the success rates. A donor IVF cycle starts at around 4000 USD, depending on which clinic. There is also a clinic in Cyprus who have Chinese/Asian egg donors ( only a few though as most of their donors are University students and so more European and Mediterranean) and an incredibly high success rate( like 70%)- this depends on sperm quality of course too. Cyprus can't legally show photos but you can have all the donors details. Their cost is around 4500 EURO. If you want to choose your donor from photos, then India or a few other clinics do offer this. There is also a good donor group who send their donors abroad ( Caucasian only though) but it costs about 12,000 USD, although this includes everything except the IVF procedure. If you want any details feel free to message me and I'll forward their websites/costs/details. Your tests are usually good for 6 months, so if you go ahead before then you won't need to pay for more to be done.

I've been to the website, but ther's not a lot of information about the clinic, the doctor, or the legal resources.

I never have experience with "Thailand Fertility", but as i know they are only an agency, not a clinic. I ever asked some information on their website, but they asked for my passport number etc, and apply some charges, so i not continue it.


I suggest you all go to the clinic directly and ask what agency that connected to them (if uou need egg donor or surrogacy process). Here are some clinic that i ever visited:

I go by taxi to there, and better ask help your hotel customer service to write down the address in thai languange. Most taxi driver do not understand english.

It's like a hospital and have to bring your own relative for surrogacy.


*Bumrungrad Hospital

You can search the address in their website. It's an international hospital with good reputation. They have a team for infertility problem. But they not allow for commercial surrogacy, unless you know inside person.


You also can search in google about : interhealth center , ivf miracle baby, marvel ivf solution, newlife thailand, asia infertility specislist.

They are the agencies which provide egg donor and surrogate mother and connected to the clinics.
