have urges every afternoon for sweet things - especially chocolate (never had a sweet tooth before pregnant!) Any ideas for snacks to satusfy my sweet tooth but arent too back for me?! Happy to cook some stuff up at home to control sugar and other ingredients..any ideas?

frozen bananas.
when your bananas are getting ripe, cut them in circles, put on tin foil, and freeze - eat straight from freezer or add to smoothies for a cold frothy tough.
If you are really bad, you could put melted chocolate on them before you freeze them!

I would say indulge -but with moderation. Frozen hersheys (or any frozen) is good because it slows down your ability to consume too many too fast - and you can slowly enjoy it.
I'm a huge fan of two spoonfuls of ice cream (I limit it to two) and that keeps me pretty sane as well. I have one spoonful, lick lick it very slowly and then another one that I usually just swallow fast. HAHHA.

My gyne told me to drink milk but i hated it during my 1st & 2nd trimester... he told me to eat ice-cream and chocolate so I had it a lot compare to b4 pregnant, I am totally not ice-cream or chocolate person. He told me not worry, the baby may be a little bigger and me too but if i don't like others, so eat what you like the most. True enough, baby was born moderate size and I did not put on much weight, in the desirable range. Now after 3 months, taste back to normal.
