Pain killers during pregnancy

Can anyone tell me which pain killers are safe to take during pregnancy (if any)? I have some panadol in the house but the packaging leaflet says nothing about pregnancy.

i had a back injury during my pregnancy and my gynae prescribe some painkillers. even though he said it was ok, i personally decided it wasn't worth risking it.


that said, i wasn't working so i had the luxury of resting in bed for that week until i recovered.

My obgyn also was told that I could take paracetemol (panadol).

Panadol is what they give you for pain relief post delivery at the Queen Mary.
