The antenatal pilates class is held on every Tuesday from 2pm - 3:30pm by our physio - Sharon Wong, who is a Chinese speaker; during the class she usually places her instruction in English.
Other than the class, we perform the session on one to one basis as well, and we have 3 Chinese speaking phsiotherapists to teach pilates.
