Hi preggie

It was the same for me but when during the 4th or 5th month I saw my weigh on the scale and my body in the mirror (I was gaining 1kg per week !!!!!), I suddenly decided to avoid totally candies, biscuits, chocolate.... and fruits between meals. I eat very well at each meal what I want but I eat the fruits (2,3 or 4) after the meal. If I am hangry between meals I just eat a piece of bread or some corn flakes.

The result is fantastic and instead of swallowing my body is nice and only my belly is growing. I was sugar addicted and now I feel ok with the sugar, the addiction is gone :-))

good luck.

well preggie,

With both my pregnancies I gained around 10-11 kg (all belly)and got back to my pre-pregnancy weight of 48kg within 5-6 weeks postpartum. So, I could lose all that weight pretty effortlessly. Wish I could say the same about my tummy but alas! that's a different story.

Have you tried Pilates? It really is great for getting back in to shape after pregnancy as it focuses on strengthening the core muscles : abdominals, back, bottom muscles and bladder control muscles. It's great for getting rid of wobbly tummies! RH+Studio provides classes in different locations. The website is www.rhplus-studio.com Good luck!
