What kind of foods and vitamins to eat and take to boost fertility?

If you have any deficiencies in your diet, the body may think that pregnancy is a bit too much for it. Folic acid is important at least for fetal development. Pretty sure it's good for conception too. In any case start taking a prenatal multivitamin to make sure your body has all the necessary nutrients.

Zinc is meant to be very good. Lots of brazil nuts for snacks!
Fresh pineapple for just after ovulation to increase chances of implantation (not sure if this is just a myth though)
Grapefruit juice for increasing CM.
Also, cut out alcohol and caffeine as much as possible!
Good luck!

I heard the other day that 'yam's' were supposed to increase fertility. Even if they don't they are supposed to be good for you.
Definately: folic acid (pills) and via food e.g. brocolli, spinach - all green veggies. Multi-vitamin (low dose vitamin K) - Materna is a good one.
Caffeine, alcohol, smoking = no, no's. Although the odd nice red wine before bedtime might get you in the mood :)

Zinc is apparently impt so try to eat a handful of natural almonds or a couple brazil nuts each day - both male and female should do this
