My practitioner has suggested Metoclopramide Tablets 3 times a day for Vomiting. I am not sure weather or not I should take them. Any suggestions?

Yes - two. Firstly, ask your doctor - you have issues which have not been resolved, and communication must be good. Secondly, the metoclopramide are safe in pregnancy, but it is always better to try other measures first. The idea of ginger is certainly worth pursuing.

Thanks a lot for the suggestions. Could you please tell me how to make ginger tea and also where can i get the wrist bands. I vomit the whole day.

are you taking a prenatal vitamin? I had a lot of problems with the prenatal vitamin making me truly nauseous. Sometimes taking it at a different time of the day helped. Other posters on here have mentioned that an IRON FREE prenatal makes you far less nauseous.
I had a lot of luck with lemons - I kept a cut one up in my bag in a little container and would sniff it anytime I felt like losing my cookies.
For ginger tea, get really good, fresh ginger, peel it, and slice it into big chunks. Pour nice clean water over and boil until the water turns yellow color. Add honey or sugar to taste.

Thanks a lot for you suggestions. I tried the wrist band but it does not seem to work for me. I have started taking my prenatals at night which seems to be a better idea. I think I will have to stick to medication.
