Need Tokyo Clinic for blood draw-tomorrow!

Does anyone know where I can go in the Roggongi area (or elswhere I suppose) to have my Day 2 blood drawn? I am here on business and my cycle is so off, I'm not in my hometown to have the blood tests done and don't want to miss this month.....just need to know where I could pop into with an email or fax from my doc with list of hormone type test requests. Want to avoid breaking the bank for this ..... maybe even an outpatient facility in a public hospital here?? Thanks!!!
