HUGE thanks to 'mucilagineux' and 'the goddess kali' who have kicked off the process with very thoughtful, comprehensive feedback.
I will compile everything I receive and send out the first version of the spreadsheet to all who request it as soon as it reaches "critical mass," i.e. contains info on at least 8-10 doctors. So please keep it coming! Thanks : )

To get it:
1) log in (top left corner)
2) click control panel (top left corner)
3) go to your inbox
You should find a message from me there, with an attachment which is the spreadsheet.

To get it:
1) Log in; 2) Go to Conrol Panel (upper left); 3) Check your inbox...you ought to find a message with an attachment from me.
For your future reference, to send a PM, just use the drop down (again go to Control Panel, then your Inbox) to find the username of the person you want to contact. Best of luck for a happy and healthy pregnancy.

Sorry if I appear difficult about this but, again, please *PM* me if you want the spreadsheet and I will send it right to you, usually within the same day.
Please understand that I get NUMEROUS requests every day and it's all I can do to keep up with my inbox...I simply don't have the time to scan these boards for requests as well.
PMing is easy: log in, go to Control Panel,go to Compose a Message, find my username in the drop-down, and send me a message. I will reply with the latest spreadsheet (updated slightly in March) as an attachment.
