I am 7 weeks pregnant and was advised to bed rest as I was spotting as was showing signs of a miscarriage. Has anyone had similar experience? When bed resting, do we actually have to stay in bed (lie down) all day? Or is sitting and walking around the house ok?

Yes. I had spotting when I was pregnant and was in bed rest for couple of weeks just to be safe. Now I have a beautiful girl who is very happy and healthy.
The most important thing is not to be stresses. Think positive and good luck!!!
