I bought all my maternity clothes from Linea Niagra (5th floor above Diesel) on Queens Road and H&M.

Linea Niagra has some nice ones but can be expensive... Bumps to Babes have some too, but I got mine mostly from H&M. Remember, for tops, you can get away with getting non-maternity ones, as long as they're stretchy and/or baggy. (but def. get maternity trousers)
I went to H&M in Central for the first time this past week and was pleasantly surprised at the amount of stylish clothes they had for maternity-wear. I also found a nice pair of maternity jeans in Bossini, but not all Bossini's have a maternity section, so it's kind of hit and miss for sizes.
2 Bossini's I frequented that I'm aware of on the Kowloon side - Diamond Hill, and the one in Grand Century Plaze in Mongkok (above the Mongkok East MTR station) - and luckily, the styles now are maternity-wear like, so you can get away with regular tops in a larger size
I was in H & M a few days ago and they had a 50% off sale on maternity wear. Nice long pants available for around $160 - $200. Lots of sizes still available. A few tops too although I didn't look at those. Also had lovely feeding bras for around $149 (the bras weren't on sale).
