i had a miscarriage on Feb 18 and now hoping for my next cycle but its almost 30 days since and AF is still not here. I'm wondering if it is normal that my cycle will be delayed by another 10 days? I'm seeing a chinese doctor now and he said AF will be delayed by 10 or so days.
Just hoping i can start my next IVF cycle now.

Have you gone back to your doctor to track how your follicles are developing post your miscarriage? After my miscarriages, I had my follicles tracked and ovulated 2 weeks after I stopped bleeding from the miscarriage. Then 2 weeks after that, my AF arrived. So for me, the bleeding from my miscarriage was like an extended AF (I miscarried naturally and bled for 7-10 days). I think your doctor should be able to give you an idea of where you are in your cycle by doing an ultrasound.

Thanks Keepontrying. My doctor just told me to call & visit him when my next AF arrive. Bleeding from miscarriage stopped after 10 days and i thought i would be back to 28-30 day cycle. I will call my doctor & check with him. tx for your advice.
