i recently heard from a friend down in Oz about some sort've menstrual cup that you can flip upside down and use it to keep the semen in to help your chances of pregnancy. my husband and i are wondering where to get this product. and WHAT IS IT CALLED?!!!

I believe people use a diaphragm or a cervical cap to assist with getting pregnant. You need to get fitted for them at a doctor's office. Also, know that some lubes can act as a barrier to sperm.

hawaiibabe! that was exactly what i was asking about! i tried to find it in stores here on hong kong but i couldnt find it anywhere. and i looked at the pictures and it's pretty freakin scary!!!
i just bought the softcup (my friend keeps raving on about it) and i might try that instead. it's supposed to be for your period but so is the divacup... and it looks a lot less scary than the divacup. wish me luck!!!!

hei fieter! i got a box online... it's for your period but i'm giving it a go anyway. the site says they sell them in watsons now... i went to watsons in tst the other day and didnt find any there so i called them and they were really good about explaining the product. and also gave me suggestions on which branches to visit... i haven't had time to mosey around the shops yet but if i do, i'll let you know! in the meantime, go check out watsons, good luck!!!

i doubt the cup would work very well. since, if i am not mistaken... the cup covers the cervix and that would actually stop the sperm from getting in. i understand the logic is to use the cup after, but... the swimmers that are going to make it, are prob already past that point. the ones that are not, won't make it there. the cup will not do anything to help them swim or get to where you are going.
not sure if you have considered it or not, but acupuncture has had great success with fertility. you would be surprised how a little extra stress on a woman's body can keep everything from coming together.
