Does anyone know if these are sold in Hong Kong? They look convenient, change into a full bassinet, folds up and travels easily.

No they are not but I soooo wish they were!
Occasionally they come up on the trading post but go very fast. You can get one through Singapore and they will send one over for you.
B2B do not stock them, although they do the heavier and much bigger and more expensive mama's and papa's wooden one.
Fortunately I have a very large bedroom and so my husband got handy in the garage and converted our baby cot into a co sleeper and it sits like a side car on our bed. We adapted the co sleeper design with the over sheet and thick strapping. So far it is working like a dream!
They have those little nest type sleepers that sit in the middle of the bed at Toys R us and mother care but they are definately not like an arms length co sleeper.
Good luck - I researched it so much, hence my longwinded answer!

You can also use them as changing tables, & later as playpens. Pretty cool.
My husband bought me one in Singapore when he was there on business a few weeks back.
We bought the cream colored co-sleeper,with 3 sets of sheets and extra leg height extenders as our bed is really high.
Our baby is due next Friday, and most likely I will only need the co-sleeper for 2-3 mths.
If you can wait, I'll sell you mine when I'm ready to give it up.
Or I can find out which store in Singapore sells them ...if you're interested.

Thank you for you offer, I will definitely keep it in mind! My mom is visiting from the U.S. in Oct., she might bring one over for me. I don't think the stores in Singapore would ship one to the mainland, I live in Guangzhou.
