Moving home to Oz - Tax and immigration advice

After 25 years it's time to head back down under! Are there any Ozzies out there who can recommend a finance expert who can advise on the ins and outs of moving back home and what needs to be done taxwise in both jurisdictions? I'll need to set up a business on return.

Likewise on immigration, my wife will be applying for an ozzy passport once we return and I'd love to hear of any stories/advice about the process and how best to go about this.
