Termination of tenancy agreement

My HK contract of employment has unexpectedly ended early. I still have 9 months rental remaining on my tenancy agreement. I am now looking for work. However if I cannot get a job I will have to return home. Can anybody offer any advice as what to do regarding the termination of the tenancy agreement. I realise I will probably lose my two months deposit.
