British Police in HK Face Torture Prosecutions in the UK

Officers such as Rupert Dover face torture charges in the UK 
 
 
Hong Kong activists in Britain are launching legal actions against British police officers serving the HK government.  The officers are accused of involvement in the torture of protesters in the pro Democracy movement.
 
If convicted, they would face prison terms if they returned to the UK or any country with an extradition treaty with Britain.
