Bill Clinton ditched Secret Service on multiple 'Lolita Express' flights: Report

n investigation into official flight records of financier and convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein’s “Lolita Express” are once again dragging former President Bill Clinton into the national spotlight.

Flight logs obtained by Gawker in January 2015 put Mr. Clinton on the billionaire’s infamous jet more than a dozen times — sometimes with a woman whom federal prosecutors suspect of procuring underage sex victims for Mr. Epstein. Fox News reported Friday that records show Mr. Clinton declined Secret Service protection on at least five flights.

The network’s investigation reveals Mr. Clinton flew on the Boeing 727 “Lolita Express” 26 times, more than doubling the previously reported 11 trips.

“Bill Clinton … associated with a man like Jeffrey Epstein, who everyone in New York, certainly within his inner circles, knew was a pedophile. Why would a former president associate with a man like that?” said Conchita Sarnoff of the Washington, D.C.-based nonprofit Alliance to Rescue Victims of Trafficking, Fox reported. Ms. Sarnoff also authored a book on Mr. Epstein titled “TrafficKing.”

It is the perverse good fortune of Alexander Acosta, Donald Trump’s secretary of labor, to be part of an administration so spectacularly corrupt that it’s simply impossible to give all its scandals the attention they deserve.

Last Wednesday, The Miami Herald published a blockbuster multipart exposé about how the justice system failed the victims of Jeffrey Epstein, a rich, politically connected financier who appears to have abused underage girls on a near-industrial scale.

The investigation, more than a year in the making, described Epstein as running a sort of child molestation pyramid scheme, in which girls — some in middle school — would be recruited to give Epstein “massages” at his Palm Beach mansion, pressured into sex acts, then coerced into bringing him yet more girls. The Herald reported that Epstein was also suspected of trafficking girls from overseas.

What’s shocking is not just the lurid details and human devastation of his alleged crimes, but the way he was able to use his money to escape serious consequences, thanks in part to Acosta, then Miami’s top federal prosecutor.

For reasons that are not entirely clear, Acosta took extraordinary measures to let Epstein — and, crucially, other unnamed people — off the hook.

Jeffrey Epstein had a little black book filled with the names and personal phone numbers of some of the world’s wealthiest and most influential people, from Bill Clinton and Donald Trump to actors, actresses, scientists and business tycoons.

A money manager for the super-rich, Epstein had two private jets, the largest single residence in Manhattan, an island in the Caribbean, a ranch in New Mexico and a waterfront estate in Florida.

But Epstein also had an obsession.

For years, Epstein lured an endless stream of teenage girls to his Palm Beach mansion, offering to pay them for massages. Instead, police say, for years he coerced middle and high school girls into engaging in sex acts with him and others.

US opens inquiry into light sentence for wealthy sexual abuser

Plea deal, involving attorney who became Trump’s labor secretary, saw financier avoid severe penalty for abusing girls

The justice department has opened an investigation into federal prosecutors’ handling of a plea deal in which a wealthy, politically connected Florida financier avoided potentially severe penalties for sexually abusing teenage girls in favor of a relatively light state conviction.

The department’s Office of Professional Responsibility wrote in a letter Wednesday to the Republican senator Ben Sasse, of Nebraska, that it would examine whether professional misconduct occurred in the highly publicized case of Jeffrey Epstein. The letter cited a series of recent articles by the Miami Herald that focused new attention on how the deal came about.

Sasse, a member of the Senate judiciary committee who has twice asked the justice department to investigate the case, welcomed the news.

“Jeffrey Epstein is a child rapist and there’s not a single mom or dad in America who shouldn’t be horrified by the fact that he received a pathetically soft sentence,” Sasse said in an email.

“The victims of Epstein’s child sex trafficking ring deserve this investigation and so do the American people and members of law enforcement who work to put these kinds of monsters behind bars.”

Epstein, now 66, reached a non-prosecution deal in 2008 with the office of the then-Miami US attorney, Alexander Acosta, to secretly end a federal sex abuse investigation involving at least 40 teenage girls that could have landed him behind bars for life.

He instead pleaded guilty to state charges, spent 13 months in jail, paid settlements to victims and is a registered sex offender.

Acosta, now Donald Trump’s labor secretary, has defended the deal as appropriate but has not commented since the recent round of stories. He was asked about the case during his Senate confirmation hearings for the cabinet post.

“At the end of the day, based on the evidence, professionals within a prosecutor’s office decided that a plea that guarantees someone goes to jail, that guarantees he register generally and guarantees other outcomes, is a good thing,” he said.

Jeffrey Epstein, Alan Dershowitz, and Pals Accused of Sex-Trafficking Ring

Famed attorney Alan Dershowitz was accused of involvement in billionaire pedophile Jeffrey Epstein’s alleged sex-trafficking ring by an attorney for one of Epstein’s victims, who claimed in federal court on Wednesday that the release of sealed documents will prove it.

Paul Cassell, who represents Virginia Roberts Giuffre, told the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit that the testimony of other witnesses will show Dershowitz’s involvement in the alleged trafficking of “his close friend Jeffrey Epstein.”

Alan Dershowitz tried to discredit girl who accused Jeffrey Epstein of rape

Harvard law professor recruited private investigators to track girl and suggested that the unnamed teenager was pursuing Epstein for money

Alan Dershowitz, the Harvard University professor accused alongside Prince Andrew of having sexual relations with a teenage associate of their friend Jeffrey Epstein, was also involved in an effort to discredit a teenage girl who accused Epstein of rape.

Dershowitz, who strongly denies the allegations about his own conduct, recruited private investigators to carry out inquiries on the girl while acting for Epstein’s defence team and sent police printed copies of her MySpace page, claiming it displayed a “fascination with marijuana”.

The professor also suggested, in a letter obtained by the Guardian, that the girl may be pursuing Epstein, a wealthy banker, for his money, and that as a drama student, she was an expert in misleading people.

The plot thickens.....

A new victim has gone public in the Jeffrey Epstein case, filing a sworn affidavit in federal court in New York Tuesday, saying that she was sexually assaulted and her then-15-year-old sister molested by Epstein and his companion, Ghislaine Maxwell, in 1996.

Maria Farmer, then 26, claims that she was employed by Epstein, a multimillionaire financier who lived in a vast mansion on New York’s Upper East Side, and that she frequently saw “school-age girls’’ wearing uniforms come into the mansion and go upstairs.

She was told that the girls were auditioning for modeling work, according to her affidavit.

Then an art student in New York, Farmer said she reported her assault to New York police and the FBI in 1996. FBI documents released April 1 make a reference to Farmer having been interviewed in 2006 or 2007. However, Farmer, now 49, said the FBI did not take any action against Epstein and Maxwell.

“To my knowledge, I was the first person to report Maxwell and Epstein to the FBI. It took a significant amount of bravery for me to make that call because I knew how incredibly powerful and influential both Epstein and Maxwell were, particularly in the art community,’’ she wrote.

Farmer’s affidavit is one of 15 exhibits attached to a defamation complaint filed in federal court in the Southern District of New York by Virginia Roberts Giuffre, one of Epstein’s victims, against Alan Dershowitz, one of Epstein’s most vocal and powerful attorneys.

Giuffre claims in the lawsuit, as she has in past court filings, that Dershowitz, 80, knew about and participated in a sex-trafficking operation involving underage girls and run by Epstein and Maxwell, and that she was forced to have sex with Dershowitz and other prominent, wealthy men when she was underage.

Dershowitz has railed against the allegations for years, maintaining that he has never met Giuffre. He also says he has documents and other evidence that prove she is lying.

Farmer’s affidavit and other documents attached to the lawsuit are meant to bolster Giuffre’s case that Dershowitz has maliciously spread false information on behalf of Epstein in order to intimidate and silence her and other victims, according to the lawsuit.

“No sensible person looks forward to litigation,’’ Giuffre said in a statement. “And I know that standing up for myself and others will cause Mr. Dershowitz and Mr. Epstein to redouble their efforts to destroy me and my reputation. But I can no longer sit by and not respond.

As my complaint shows, my abusers have sought to conceal their guilt behind a curtain of lies. My complaint calls for the accounting to which I, and their other victims, are entitled.”

Why Celebrities and the Wealthy Think They Are Above the Law
We read about it all the time – wealthy individuals or celebrities who engage in outrageous, and often illegal, behavior believing that they can easily get away with it (and they often do). A lot of this is about the dynamics of power and the way we afford power (and a sort of celebrity) to wealthy people.

Famous and wealthy people can become "intoxicated" by the power and prestige that come with their celebrity status. They snap their fingers and a slew of attendants jump to their every command.
Their extraordinary power leads them to believe that they are special and that the rules that apply to everyone else simply don't apply to them. Leadership scholar and philosopher Terry Price calls this "exception-making." Celebrities begin to believe that they should get a free pass that allows them to misbehave.
If they do get caught, their celebrity or money can help them escape punishment, or get a slap on the wrist. [Here’s a list called “Celebrities who should have gone to jail.” Even when the rich or famous go to jail, they are given lighter sentences or sent to “luxury” prisons.]

Prince Andrew’s ties to Jeffrey Epstein could become the most sordid royal scandal yet
In a summer of scandal for the British royal family — William and Harry’s reported falling out, Meghan Markle’s diva antics at Wimbledon — one truly sordid royal has not been making headlines.

Prince Andrew, the Duke of York.

The Queen’s favorite son has always been useless at best, a liability at worst — boorish, piggish, entitled, greedy and often quite stupid, consorting with oligarchs and strongmen for personal profit.
But Andrew’s most dangerous entanglement — his rancid loyalty to convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein, which has reportedly spanned decades — has never really been challenged by the Queen, the prime minister or the British press, constrained as they are by some of the world’s most stringent libel laws.
On the heels of Epstein’s arrest last week for the sex trafficking of underage girls, the US Appeals Court for the Second Circuit has ruled that 2,000 pages from a 4-year-old defamation suit filed by one of Epstein’s and Andrew’s alleged victims, Virginia Giuffre (née Roberts), are to be unsealed.

It’s likely that names will be heavily redacted. After all, extremely rich and powerful people are contained within, including, said the court, “prominent American politicians, powerful business executives, foreign presidents, a well-known prime minister and other world leaders” — all now implicated in Epstein’s alleged sex trafficking operation.

But Prince Andrew will almost certainly be named and his behavior highly detailed.

Prince Andrew tours Manhattan with billionaire sex offender Jeffrey Epstein

By Cathy Burke February 21, 2011

Meet Manhattan’s raunchy new odd couple — the prince and the pervert.

Prince Andrew, the United Kingdom’s special representative for international trade and investment, and convicted child-sex creep Jeffrey Epstein stroll through Central Park in December — shortly after the hooker-loving hedge-fund honcho moved back to his $50 million Upper East Side town house from his Palm Beach, Fla., mansion.

But this was no official business chat between the longtime pals.

Following their sedate park stroll and walk around the East Side, the pair got down to the business they both apparently prefer — partying.

Epstein served an 18-month sentence in 2008 in Florida under a plea deal in which he confessed to two counts of soliciting a minor for prostitution and soliciting prostitution.

He spent part of it in a vacant wing of a Palm Beach jail, and the rest under house arrest.

His victim was identified in court papers as a 14-year-old girl identified only as “Jane Doe.”

Epstein, a Level Three sex offender, paid the youngster — one of a string of girls who allegedly visited him — $200 for a massage at his Palm Beach retreat in 2005.

Did Epstein Try to Hang Himself?
Accused sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein was found injured in his cell in a federal jail in lower Manhattan, NBC News reported Wednesday night.

Epstein, a wealthy financier who was arrested in early July on federal charges, was on the floor of his cell in a fetal position when he was discovered, sources told NBC. He was semi-conscious and had marks on his neck when he was found.

Epstein may have tried to hang himself, according to sources who spoke with WNBC-TV.

But another source said Epstein’s injuries were not serious, and raised the possibility that he may have used the incident to obtain a transfer from the jail.

A fourth source who spoke with NBC said that officials have not ruled out the chance that Epstein was assaulted in the Metropolitan Correctional Center.

THE GULFSTREAM GIRL can’t use that nickname anymore. In 2013, the model turned pilot—then 27, blond, often beaming in photos—was hit with a trademark infringement suit by Gulfstream Aerospace, which told her its brand name was off-limits.

That must have been a disappointment. As a commercial pilot, the former Gulfstream Girl, whose real name is Nadia Marcinko and before that Nadia Marcinkova, holds three rating certificates: for single-engine aircraft, multi-engine aircraft, and various Gulfstream business jets, which have their own rating certificates. Furthermore, she is the CEO of Aviloop, a supremely odd aviation branding business, whose website features flawless shots of her with Gulfstreams.

Marcinko was a good sport about losing her old handle. In the Miami Herald last year, Julie Brown reported that Marcinko was “brought” to the US from (the former) Yugoslavia to live with an abusive man more than 30 years her senior when she was 15.
It’s not hard to imagine she’s adept at survival. Moreover, as an aerobatic pilot, she’s stylish and dashing; in a video from March 2018 (taken down just last week), she flips a Pitts S2B and then eats a doughnut, hanging from a ribbon, while upside down in the cockpit. In materials for Aviloop, she now calls herself Global Girl.

NYC Power Couple’s Butler Says Swedish Teen Told Him of Epstein Island Horrors
Newly unsealed court documents in the Jeffrey Epstein scandal contain testimony from an ex-employee of New York City power couple Glenn Dubin and Eva Andersson-Dubin about a “distraught” Swedish teen’s claim that she was pressured to have sex on the pedophile financier’s private island.

Rinaldo Rizzo, a former house manager for the Dubins, was in tears as he described his 2005 encounter with the 15-year-old girl in his employers’ kitchen, according to excerpts of a 2016 deposition made public for the first time on Friday.

The butler said that as the girl sat on a stool at a long counter—where she was brought by Andersson-Dubin, an ex-girlfriend of Epstein—she reminded him of other girls he had seen at Epstein’s home.

He said she was “distraught and shaking...literally quivering” as she spoke about her dealings with Epstein’s alleged madam, British socialite Ghislaine Maxwell, and his personal assistant, Sarah Kellen, in the U.S. Virgin Islands.

The Walls are Closing in on Prince Andrew
Prince Andrew flew on Jeffrey Epstein’s private jet with teen ‘sex slave’: pilot

Prince Andrew flew on Jeffrey Epstein’s private jet — at least twice — with the disgraced money manager’s alleged 17-year-old sex slave Virginia Roberts on board, the pilot claimed.

The royal flew on the late financier’s private jet — which has also played host to VIP guests including former President Bill Clinton, model Naomi Campbell and sex-scandal-plagued Hollywood star Kevin Spacey — a number of times, according to a deposition by pilot David Rodgers, 66.

On two of those trips, Roberts — who now goes by her married name Giuffre — was also on board, according to the June 3, 2016 legal deposition, released to Giuffre’s lawyers in New York 12 days ago. The deposition is among 2,000 court documents relating to a settled defamation case involving Giuffre and British socialite Ghislaine Maxwell.
