Come join us with an evening of Sound Healing with Alchemy Crystal Bowl and Heart Chakra Empowerment Meditation with Amaia Jes!


This will be an evening to introduce you to the basics of meditation and to meditate with Love and Body Love. You will get to enjoy the sound of beautiful Alchemy Crystal Bowl, Amaia’s Sound Healing Music and Vocal. These high vibrational sound waves will awaken every cell and organ in your body. This deep relaxation experience will enhance the well being of the mind, body and spirit system which will soothes your heart, stimulate peace, love and joyful emotions. Amaia J. will also be guiding everyone to meditate with Love and creating with an alignment to bring back self love, acceptance of self and acceptance of others so that we can move forward together.


Amaia J. will be guiding a meditation along with music that is suitable for all levels of meditators. This is the easiest kind of meditation for beginners to get into, so don’t be intimidated if you haven’t tried it before! We will also be practicing group toning meditation together. Toning meditation involves the use of the voice for release of pain and stress. Sighing, moaning, groaning and other sounds we frequently make are all aspects of toning, as are the sounding of different vowels. By directing your voice into your chakra, you can achieve balance and alignment in your mind, body & spirit. Finally there will be an opportunity for you to experience a relaxing sound bath. A “Sound Bath” enables you to forget the world for a time and sink into an ocean of healing sound waves.
