Shared metal/wood/maker studio

I want to rent an industrial space - probably in Kennedy Town - that I can share the rent with about 4 or 5 people who are interested in joinery/woodworking or metalwork.

I will bring my tools - including a table saw and router to the space to share with others.

Anyone interested in sharing such a space? Maybe pay about HK$3,000.00 per month.
