Help from a Motor Cycle Mechanic

I am not sure if anyone else has had this issue, but I am in urgent need of the assistance of somebody with a far better Motorcycling or Mechanical mind than mine.
Having intended, planned but failed dismally to have a Custom-Built electric motorcycle bought in Shanghai and transported to Hong Kong, nobody in HK appeared willing to assist me in my bid to show that some electric bikes are actually not spontaneously-combusting chunks of killer-fuel.
I was to arrange a consultant to have the bike tested, registered and on the road However, the subsequent unexplained fleet of electric bikes bought for the Police in Hong Kong to use going up in flames, put any chance of successfully convincing the Greener sides of HK leadership down the drain.
Now I am unable to re-import it to China where I could sell it and not lose so much money than having to abandon it to a skip in Hong Kong.
I have managed to secure a buyer for many of the bits that were imported specially for the Construction of the "super-bike", but my knowledge and skills are far to low to be able to do this.
I am appealiong for some help from a Motor Mechanic or a Motor Cycle Mechanic or even a Specialist Custom Electrical Scooter Builder to help me in carefully stripping the scooter down to its component parts. The frame and plastics will then be disposed of and the main bits that are removed will be collected and bought by another Custom Builder when he arrives in Hong Kong.
The scooter is not standard to those bought in the Chinese Scooter shops and most of the parts are European, and the Controller is Liquid Cooled, so it will take a little thinking to be able to strip, label and keep together all the specialist bits and bobs.
If anyone is willing or able to assist me, please contact me through this Thread.
The Scooter is currently in a storage facility in New Territories.
Thanks in advance
Rick
