Looking for information on Marina Cove. We've just started a family and looking for a larger, cleaner, quieter place. We're in the midlevels now and we are just toying with the idea but would be interested to get any opinions, info on Marina Cove ie what's the quality of the buildings, the manangement, convenience, residents etc.

Its good for kids, safe, can get out on their bikes, has a wellcome and park n shop, cafe etc, plus the club, I don't know how much that costs to join. The houses are often bigger than advertised as many have extra rooms added. The downside is, the houses are close together, there are always some being renovated so can be very noisy, and its quite old so is looking a bit shabby now. But the shabbiness doesn't seem to reflect in the price. There are a some expats there, not as many as there used to be.
