Does anyone have any information about properties put up on the market at auction?
Is there any other reason besides bankruptcy that an owner would want to put up their property for auction rather than for sale with a property firm?

a real estate agent told me that this particular person wanted to sell over 6 units because he has invested in another piece of property.
sounds a bit iffy to me.
