Tai Koo rent prices

I like Tai Koo as an area and would like to know if 15K for rent is an realistic price for a 3 bed apartment and what size I would I get for that. Does anyone know of any new developments in the area or near Tai Koo?

hi smuk, i live in a 700 sq ft in taikoo ( 2 bedroom), landlord is now asking for HKD 15.5!! a three bedroom is possible for 15.5 but will not be more than 700 sq ft i.e. quite cramped !

Hi Smuk, I just rented a place in Taikoo around 880 sq ft (2 bedroom) for 16K. The prices are still high but you can find something for 3 bedrooms. There was one apt near Quarry Bay side 770sq ft 3 bedroom, 2 baths for 17K. I think you can get it down to about 15.5K. Good Luck
