Building to live with a pool

I am looking to rent an apartment on Hong Kong Island that has it's own pool and maybe gymnasium.

I don't want to spend a fortune but looking at between $10,000 - $15,000 per month. Does anyone know of any places like this or where I can go to search for one?

I'm a property agent. We have one in Academic Terrace, Pokfulam Road. It's 620 sq ft gross with an 84 sq ft terrace, 2 bedrooms, asking 14K inclusive. The building has a pool but no gym. We may have two more in the same building, one 13K and the other 14.8K - both 620 sq ft - I'm waiting to hear back from the landlords.
