Does anyone have any experience (good or bad) investing with Walton's property syndicates?
On the surface, it looks like a no hassle method of getting some exposure to a recovering US real estate market?

I invested in a Walton Canadian project over a decade ago and while the investment did, in the end, yield a tidy profit, the money I invested was tied up for quite a few years (longer than initially promised) and with little option of an early exit strategy. So if you don't mind the wait, then yes, it's worth considering.
