I was hoping somebody could offer some advice.

I am interested in opening a bar in Hong Kong and would be looking at putting together a consortium of investers to finance the project. what I am looking for is a name or contact details of a company in Hong kong that I could speak to regarding this venture and who could offer me some help.

Any advice would be appreciated.

What type of help would you need? Legal? Financial? Operational? There are different types of help and different firms that focus on different areas.
