Hi,
I am thinking of building a house in HK but have absolutely no idea how to search, find & buy appropriate land to develop a house on. Target area is Saikung/CWB and I would appreciate any tips and advise that you could give me on how to start my search and what to watch out for!

Hi I am living in kam tin where you can buy a right from a male native villager and if u got a piece in planned zone then u can build a 700ft 3 stories house. if u are interest i'm glad to help and tell u more.

My family has land in a village somewhere in the New Territories and visitors are required to have a permit to enter. A good few years back, I heard that developers were acquiring land from indigenous villagers and we kind of missed the boat. As I am not familiar with the process of selling land, could anyone provide me with details concerning the above as I am interested in selling or even building my own home. Thanks
