I am looking for a 1 BR flat in the Clearwater Bay area for the month of June. A serviced apartment seems the best idea, but other suggestions are welcome.

you might be better off just touching base with one of the local agents and seeing if there is a flat sit for the 1 month period. The only serviced apartment that I am aware of in Kowloon is in La Salle Road, La Salle Court. Which is far from CWB.
