Serviced apartment challenge

I'm looking for a Serviced Apartment in Wan Chai / Causeway Bay that's around 700 sq ft and costs less than $20,000 per month - it must be possible! Everything that looks nice (so far) is too expensive.

The area is mandatory, size is the next priority....

I would be very grateful for any help!

If you have 25,000HK$ you can have a very special place in Princes Terrace. 700Sq Ft duplex, shophouse serviced apartment.

There are quite a number of apts on our serviced apartment channel under 20k... if you cant find anything there that you like you are probably out of luck because thats the most comprehensive directory of apts in HK...

i am in the same situation. the best i could find is the YMCA at salisbury road @ around 14k a month.

Thanks all for your help! I will remember fully furnished apartments in the future... however for the moment as 3 of us were looking we have managed to negotiate a discount.
