Cleanest air on island

We are relocating with 3 small kids later in the year and want to live in as enviromentally user friendly a spot on HK Island as possible. Presumably Stanley etc on south side? Which schools are there in vicinity?

says it all. Seriously maybe Clear Water Bay or Sai Kung. Stay away from Kowloon and HK Island. Just read it again. I think Stanley or Aberdeen. Nothing is environmentally clean in HK though.
