We are looking to rent a cheap, rundown apartment and then renovate the kitchen and 2 bathrooms. We would renovate them to an ikea standard and install one shower and one bathtub, 2 toilets, no appliances.
They would be your standard hk sized kitchen and bathrooms (ie small). I would be interested in hearing others experience and costs. Of course i realise i need to do the legwork and get proper, detailed quotes but i am just interested to see what other people have paid.
