Our building in Mid-levels has a landlord from hell who does everything to make tenants' life a misery by e.g. blocking back exit for pedestrians, not opening pool, disregarding all kinds of safety measurements, not fixing anything etc. Everyone in our building is real mad. We had tenants' meetings and sent the landlord letters but nothing is happening - instead he sent a threatening letter to the lady who organised a meeting. Easpoint, the management company, seems to be powerless. What rights do we have as tenants? Where can we go with complaints? Has anyone had similar problems? Most of the tenants here are locals and they said they never came across such an awful landlord.

One and a half years but others have been there for much longer than us. Some other tenants said that the landlord only turned weird the past two years.
