I have been offered a flat at The Bauhinia in Pokfulam Rd. Can anyone make any educated comments about the building? 1 bdrm place for $9,000.

The building has been around for a long time and is on a busy corner of Pokfulam Rd., opposite the west entrance of HKU. It seems to have been renovated last year, but appears mostly unoccupied all this time. My biggest concern would be the traffic noise.

WDRL it is not a share flat, one brdm on my own. quink - thanks for the comment, I will purposively go back and look at place when it is rush hour.

I would ask the building management about renovation noise if it is really mostly unoccupied as someone suggested.
