I am moving to Hong Kong in Less than a month.
I am 21 years old and will be attending HKU. I need an apartment(NOT SHARED) between 5,000-6,000 HKD. I dont care if it is small, but clean and modern. Can anyone recomend where I should live. Whats a good place for students. Hopefully HK side.

No problem - find a local agent in and they will have properties in this range. Sheung Wan area is probably your best bet - not too far from HKU + the rents are a fraction of midlevels...

Thank you guys, you are a huge help. Sheung wan sounds great, does anybody know how I can contact these people or try to somehow find a place there before I arrive.

I happen to be looking for someone who is a Christian. I live on Conduit Road, and you can always catch a bus from Caine Road to get to the university. You are most welcomed to come and take a look at my place when you get to HK.

I am also going to HKU in Sep. from New York and was looking at Sheung Wan... no idea where I will stay. don't sweat it. You can do all things through Christ Jesus, he strengthens you! ;-) ES
