I am a Malaysian Chinese and will be working at WanChai starting from Sept and would like to find a place to stay around that area. A small area will be fine for me as Im alone. Anybody can give me some advices on this?

There are some smaller place along
Jones road and L/hart Road I think The price is From 4 K to 7k Not very nice
A few month ago was looking for a place and I saw two, Did not like them .
but your best bet woul be to contact an agent now and have a few places lined up for when you get here. Ask the Realtor to show you
Wan Chai,Fortress hill ,North point,Quarry Bay

Thanks romina, i am trying to find myself because some of my friends told me that asking agent is not tht good. Im trying to get a nice place, maybe shared apartment would be another way out.

And then you do not have to pay the agent fee.
Go tru Asia expat Share accomodation or team up
with some else,
My friend stayed at Pacific Palisade and she said it was okay.

Thank you Romina for your help. Where is Pacific Palisade? Is it near to Wan Chai as i will be working there and i would get to save the transportation fee if i stay somewhere around that place. My email adds is songf@rocketmail.com
