Could I afford a small apartment in Repulse Bay (or Stanley, or anywhere on the South side) on a 7000HK budget?

There are tiny, tiny places where most of the live-out's live in Stanley...they have an awesome view and it's only 1,000 a month...so I can't imagine that they have larger places there either...it may be worth investigating. They are located behind Stanley Plaza.
