Hi. Does anyone know the name of the colonial / government flat near Pacific Place, who rents them out and any other similar type housing on Hong Kong island? thanks.

You can also talk to some of the larger estate agents about University flats, they used to be for overseas instructors but are now rented to the public - often a waiting list.
