I am looking to buy a houseboat with a permanent mooring. So far the only place I can find these are in DB, which is a really inconvenient location for me. Does anyone know of anywhere other than Lantau where boats with permanent moorings are for sale, and how to get them?

Thanks oldhand. I checked with three clubs(ABC, RHKYC, Hebe Haven) and they don't offer permanent moorings, just temporary. The only one I found that did permanent was DB, and that is too far from where I work. Is there another club you know of that offer permanent moorings?

Does anyone have any suggestions on where to start looking for houseboat leasing opportunities? I'm tempted to buy but would like to lease for a bit first.
